Born in Aberdeen, Scotland in 1958.
Studied illustration and printmaking at the Duncan of Jordanstone College of Art in Dundee where she obtained in 1980 her B.A. 1st class honours. Was awarded a post graduate year in illustration and printmaking and, in 1981, the David Gordon Memorial Trust Prize, Haddo House, Scotland. With the Duncan of Drumfork Scholarship she travels through France, Italy, Spain and Portugal. In 1987/88, lives and works in the United States and the Lofoten Islands, Norway. In 1991 has been invited for a work period to the Frans Masereel Centrum in Kasterlee, Belgium. Lives and works in North Berwick, Scotland. |
