Born in Lisbon in 1983, Ana Luísa Monteiro started her musical studies at the age of 12 at D. Dinis Conservatory in Odivelas where she obtained her degree with Professor Savka Konjikusic. She participated in piano masterclasses with Vladimir Viardo, Paul Badura-Skoda, Velislava Palatchorova, Luis Moura Castro, Boris Berman, Helena Sá e Costa, Pedro Burmester and Naum Grubert. In 2007 she performed at Teatro D. Maria II in Lisbon with flautist Pedro Camacho in a programme transmitted by radio Antena 2. In 2008 she obtained the “Eng. António de Almeida Prize” as best student of her piano class in the Music School of Évora. She actually teaches and is pianist-accompanist at Lisbon National Conservatory, Sintra Conservatory and the Tejo National Orchestra. She continues her studies in the class of pianist António Rosado at Évora University.


Born in Lisbon, Ana Margarida Silva started to study the piano in 1996 at the Gregorian Institute in Lisbon under Professor Karl Gerhardt. She then continued her studies at Escola Superior de Música e das Artes do Espectáculo in Porto, where she obtained her piano degree in the class of Professor Luís Filipe Sá in 2009. Today she studies with Professor Savka Konjikusic. In 2008 she performed as soloist and as chamber musician in the programme “Concerto Aberto” transmitted by Antenna 2. In 2008/2009 through the Erasmus Programme, she studied at the Liszt Ferenc Academy in Budapest in the class of Pianist and Professor Laszlo Baranyay. She participated in masterclasses by pianists Fausto Neves, Sequeira Costa, Pedro Burmester, Orazio Maione, Arbo Valdma, Malcom Bilson and Naum Grubert.
